Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines in ATS systems
- Build relationships with local businesses for staffing needs
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Track placement metrics and report weekly
- Market staffing services through LinkedIn and industry events
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (client visits required)
- Experience in healthcare or tech sectors preferred
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification a plus
