Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse part-time positions in healthcare, administrative, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for temporary and part-time roles
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with precision
- Conduct market research to identify emerging job trends in Pennsylvania
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (client site visits required)
