- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse part-time positions across Tucson
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track recruitment metrics and performance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize staffing strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
