Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for diverse client positions in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Market job opportunities across multiple recruitment channels
- Track KPIs including placement rates and time-to-fill metrics
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Phoenix's local job market preferred
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings and Saturdays
