Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for part-time/temporary positions across healthcare, administrative, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for placements
- Manage end-to-end placement logistics including onboarding documentation
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting/staffing experience in a Philadelphia-based agency
- Proven ability to source and qualify candidates for part-time roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural awareness
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
