Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time and contract positions across Ohio
- Conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both job seekers and client companies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
- Collaborate with team members to meet quarterly recruitment targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in Ohio
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite
