Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit for open positions.
- Manage and update job postings on various recruitment platforms and the company website.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates through networking and sourcing.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including collecting paperwork and providing orientation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to San Jose, CA.
