Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-perm, and part-time positions across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Post and manage job postings on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career portal
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for qualified candidates
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed candidates and provide ongoing support
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to the staffing manager
- Attend networking events and job fairs to expand talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Prior experience in Pennsylvania's job market preferred
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for urgent placements
