Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time roles across Oakland industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and job seekers
- Stay updated on Oakland's labor market trends and hiring demands
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Bay Area job market and local industries
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits may be required)
