Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews with applicants
- Match candidates' skills with client requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system and documentation
- Build relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years in recruitment, HR, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (client site visits)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly valued
- Results-driven with attention to detail
