- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies with precision
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and compliance documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses seeking temporary staffing solutions
- Conduct onboarding for new temporary employees including orientation and paperwork
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies for seasonal demand peaks
- Collaborate with the team to fill urgent same-day staffing requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Miami's labor market and industry landscape
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required for Miami market
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
