- Conduct insightful interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland's job market and industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
