Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and professional experience.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for open requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and maintain accurate data.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to build strong professional networks and cold-call effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
