Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for part-time positions across retail, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified talent through sourcing platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the placement journey
- Track placement metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
