Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with job requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement follow-up
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and maintain accurate data records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and fill urgent positions
- Represent our agency at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
