Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time/temporary positions in Louisville's healthcare, logistics, and retail sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of active job seekers through targeted outreach and networking
- Conduct structured candidate interviews and skills assessments to match with client requirements
- Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
