Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions in retail, healthcare, administrative, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct in-depth phone and virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses seeking temporary staffing solutions
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS system, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates and client companies
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate matching
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with active listening abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation processes
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Knowledge of local Tucson employment market and industry regulations
- Flexible schedule availability including weekday evenings and occasional weekends
