Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for part-time positions in healthcare, administrative, and light industrial roles
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews using behavioral assessment techniques
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
- Collaborate with team to match candidates with roles based on skills and availability
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for part-time placements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with focus on part-time/temporary roles
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's job market and local talent pool
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for local client meetings
