Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent in competitive markets
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid Washington State staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
