Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assess candidate skills
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
- Build strong relationships with local job seekers and hiring managers
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid Missouri driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Kansas City's job market and industries
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
