Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline and job postings across multiple platforms
- Facilitate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Document recruitment activities in our ATS with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with team to fill 15-20 part-time roles monthly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville's job market and industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
