Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and preferences
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate data
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
- Stay current with industry trends and Boston's job market dynamics
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
