Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring managers with detailed recommendations
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide post-interview feedback to all parties
- Stay current with industry trends and local market conditions to provide strategic insights
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed for candidate availability
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
