Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct detailed phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with Dallas-based employers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide real-time feedback to candidates and clients
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay current with Dallas labor market trends and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Experience in healthcare, tech, or logistics staffing preferred
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification a plus
