Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for part-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local job seekers and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate profiles daily
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with exceptional communication skills
- Collaborate with account managers to match candidates with client requirements
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract niche talent in Raleigh's competitive market
- Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh's job market and local industries
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
