Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate skills/fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and local networking events for talent acquisition
- Manage applicant tracking system data and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with team to meet quarterly placement targets
- Represent agency at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 1+ years recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate's degree in HR or related field required
- Availability for evening/weekend events as needed
