Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for part-time positions in Columbus metro area
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates/clients
- Market open positions through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Stay current with Columbus labor market trends and industry demands
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of Columbus OH business landscape and key employers
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred
