Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions across retail, healthcare, hospitality, and administrative sectors
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media to expand recruitment reach
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Tucson's local job market and industries
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
