Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Detroit's job market and key industries
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
