Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for part-time positions across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using our advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Onboard new hires efficiently while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Washington
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand client partnerships
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven ability to multitask and manage high-volume candidate workflows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Washington state driver's license (client site visits required)
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Human Resources
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
