Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various platforms to identify, contact, and screen potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage Data: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Client Coordination: Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on candidate progress.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation and onboarding process for temporary and direct-hire employees.
- Administrative Duties: Process timesheets, payroll documentation, and employment verifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, outgoing demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a set part-time schedule.
