Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview: Conduct initial phone and in-person screenings for various positions to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Coordination: Communicate with local businesses in San Antonio to understand their staffing needs and coordinate interview schedules.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation and onboarding process for temporary and contract employees to ensure a seamless transition.
- Market Research: Identify local talent pools and industry trends to help refine our recruitment strategies.
- Administrative Support: Prepare employment contracts, process time sheets, and handle general HR inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an asset.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
