Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for various open positions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, sending confirmations and reminders.
- Build a pipeline of qualified talent through sourcing, networking, and social media engagement.
- Assist in onboarding processes for temporary staff to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
