Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline for various industries, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status updates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate packets, and provide logistical support for onsite visits.
- Perform market research to identify industry trends and competitive salary benchmarks.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new placements to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources preferred.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional client site visits.
