Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, and onboarding preparation.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to streamline decision-making.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with client companies to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with high flexibility and reliability.
