Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary, contract, and part-time positions across DC's thriving business sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and client needs
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new placements
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize staffing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Washington DC's job market and industries

- Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends
