Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for part-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct detailed interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-role alignment
- Manage the end-to-end placement process from job posting to onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client companies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and fill positions efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Jacksonville's local job market and business landscape preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends as needed
