Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary and part-time roles across Charlotte's thriving business sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends in the Charlotte metro area
- Coordinate onboarding processes for temporary employees to ensure seamless integration
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of placements, candidate feedback, and client communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment, HR, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in candidate screening and documentation
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of Charlotte's business landscape and key industries preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
