Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for diverse industry placements (healthcare, tech, logistics)
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client employers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Post and manage job advertisements on niche recruitment platforms
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview feedback for client review
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment support
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Maryland driver's license (client site visits required)
