Responsibilities
- Screen and interview part-time candidates for various industries including hospitality, retail, and administrative support
- Manage candidate database and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging staffing needs in Tampa Bay
- Build and nurture relationships with local business partners and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and staffing best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Florida labor laws and staffing industry standards
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates across various skill levels
- Self-motivated with excellent time management in remote/hybrid settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
