Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and match qualified candidates with client job requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, onboarding, and placement documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Coordinate temporary, temp-to-hire, and part-time placements across diverse industries
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
