Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and creative sectors
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and company culture
- Facilitate onboarding processes for temporary and contract placements
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize recruitment campaigns and job postings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex requirements clearly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in candidate evaluation
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
