Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for part-time and temporary positions across diverse industries
- Manage client relationships and understand staffing requirements to match ideal candidates
- Coordinate interview logistics and onboarding processes for temporary placements
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking system records
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Facilitate positive candidate experiences throughout the placement lifecycle
- Collaborate with recruiters to optimize staffing strategies and fill urgent requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruitment, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking prowess
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Experience with social media sourcing and professional networking platforms
