- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidate pipelines

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of Colorado Springs job market preferred
