- Coordinate job placements and onboarding processes for clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses seeking flexible staffing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and client needs
- Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and job postings
- Provide exceptional client support and candidate guidance throughout the placement lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
