Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for Baltimore-based healthcare, tech, and administrative roles
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and candidate assessments
- Manage job board postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for temporary and contract placements
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Facilitate candidate-interview scheduling and feedback collection
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Baltimore's job market preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
