Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time roles across industries
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and availability
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Update applicant tracking system with accurate candidate and client data
- Market job opportunities through digital channels and community partnerships
- Ensure compliance with state labor regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Texas employment laws and staffing best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
