Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, healthcare, and administrative positions
- Conduct thorough phone/video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage candidate pipeline in our ATS system with meticulous attention to detail
- Facilitate interview scheduling and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
- Assist with job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Prepare weekly activity reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with multitasking capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for flexible shifts including occasional evenings
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
