Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of San Jose's job market and industries preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
