Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions across various industries
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional evenings/weekends
